TEL AVIV REGION MSW TREATMENT PLANT
TENDER PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT
State of Israel published at 2014 a PPP tender for Design-Build-Operate-Transfer (DBOT) concession of a large MSW treatment facility in central region. The project is characterized by hundreds million NIS budget, foreign technology vendors and 25 years of operation.
The facility is planned for about 1000 ton per day capacity of municipal waste and will include units as tender requirements :

Sorting of recycables and organics

Anaerobic Digestion (AD) of the organics

Biogas valorization for electricity and heat

Closed compostation to achieve standard product quality

Odor control
Proposal management was perfomed to IRP - one of the 2 bidders (owned by Tahal Group and Veridis Environment) - including: working with management of partnership owners, managing technology vendors and local consultants, costing and pre-procurement, integration of technology and design, coordination of financial work and management of the proposal editing.
